How to Start: Wake up 30-60 minutes earlier than usual, DON'T SNOOZE! GET UP! Andrew Huberman says, sunlight first, this helps your body with: sleep quality, boosting of cortisol production, regulation of the circadian rhythm and a natural way to wake you up rather than coffee (which shouldn't be consumed until 60-90 minutes after wake up) Include activities that nourish your body and mind. You can do this by journaling at the start of the day setting yourself goals to complete and once its written down you now have obligation to tick this off the list, whether that just be read 30 minutes today, small wins are still wins and this is what you need to amount to your end goal wins. When I am not going to the gym I feel so unmotivated, and as soon as I start my mood is significantly hbetter than usual, I am not only motivated to go to the gym but for everyday tasks.
Long-Term Benefit: Over time, regular exercise, good nutrition, and mindfulness reduce stress, prevent burnout, and boost productivity. Long-term health leads to longevity in both life and career. And of course you are looking in better shape which goes without saying is a much improved place to be. This also tells a lot of people very important traits about yourself, it shows you are disciplined, you work hard, you get work done, and you do what you have to do whether you like it or not; these are great traits to have and be able to show off, especially to an employer or someone you are wanting to date, it doesn't go unnoticed.
How to Start: Begin by incorporating small habits like a 15-minute walk daily, this works best in the morning, this is how i start my day. Swapping unhealthy snacks for fruits or healthier options. Gradually build up to regular exercise routines, healthy eating, and mindfulness practices like meditation or yoga. But ultimately in my opinion, to really make the difference, then starting at a gym and working out is the best way to see progress, however starting small is absolutely fine if you are a beginner, slowly increase the amount you do, and notice the incredible affects sweating will do for you! Remember to take days of rest once or twice a week, you want to aim for 5 days of exercise a week, or every other day.

Focus on high-priority tasks first (use the Pareto principle: 80% of results come from 20% of efforts, this doesn't mean only try 20% this means if you put 100% in to the most important 20% of tasks, you will see 80% of the results.)

Avoid multitasking, as it dilutes focus. Work in focused, timed intervals followed by short breaks to maintain productivity.
